🎯 Sensor calibration
Improves moisture accuracy for your soil. Put the probe in the matching state, tap the button, and the device recalibrates from a fresh reading.

If the phone list still shows the old name after renaming, reconnect once — it refreshes.
⚠️
Heads-up: after renaming, the device comes back with a new Bluetooth address
(applied at next boot) — it acts as a brand-new device. If it was previously bound to
Home Assistant, remove the old entry and pair it again.

♻️ Reset
Clears history, calibration, device name and the renamed Bluetooth address (back to the
factory MAC), then reboots. The connection will drop.

Getting started

Connect — tap Connect device and pick your SoilPulse detector.

Watch — live readings, history and 5-record / 7-day trends update automatically in the Data tab. Toggle °F/°C on the temperature card; tap Refresh for an instant measurement.

Fine-tune — the Setting tab unlocks once connected: rename, calibrate, offset, firmware update or reset.
Inside the Setting tab
📦 Firmware — the badge shows the current version. When a new one is out, a NEW dot lights up on the Setting tab and an update card with “What's new” appears — tap Update now and keep the device nearby until it reboots.
🎯 Sensor calibration — probe dry in air, tap Dry calibration; then submerged in water, tap Wet calibration. A ✓ Calibrated badge marks each stored point; the device recalibrates from a fresh reading.
🌡️ Temperature offset — trim the reading by up to ±10 ℃ with the slider, then Apply offset. Kept on the device until a reset.
🏷️ Device name — shown in the Bluetooth list, up to 9 printable ASCII characters. Renaming applies a new Bluetooth address at next boot, so the device counts as new — re-bind it in Home Assistant if previously paired. If the picker still lists the old name, reconnect once.
♻️ Reset — clears history, calibration, name and offset, then reboots. The connection will drop.
Help
Can't connect?
Tap the touch pad to wake the sensor and keep it nearby, allow Bluetooth permissions, then tap Connect device. If this browser can't use Bluetooth, a prompt with a download link appears automatically.
No new data?
Connect and tap Refresh — new data should arrive within a few minutes.
Readings look wrong?
Redo both calibration points in Setting and check the ✓ Calibrated badges. Use Clear data to drop stale cached history, then reconnect.
Odd moisture?
Insert the probe to the OPTIMAL DEPTH line and avoid loose gaps in the soil.
Shows unavailable in Home Assistant?
This is normal. The sensor updates every 10 minutes to save power — new data will still arrive automatically.
